Which colors are available? Can I choose mixed colors within one order?
We work with a standard range of colors such as blue, white, black, orange, green, red and pink. Nevertheless we can also organize you any color requested as long as the minimum quantity is 300 pairs. Choosing different colors for your flip flop sole and upper is of course possible. Please check with our sales team if you requested quantity and colors are in stock.
What kind of material is used? Where are the production facilities?
We only use high quality materials as a professional manufacturer. The flip flop sole and upper consist of a rubber mix. Depending on the shipping destination our flip flops will be produced either in the USA, Germany or at our subsidiary in Eastern Asia.
Which sizes are available? Is there a sizing chart?
Please find here our flip flop sizing chart. If you really want to make sure to order the right flip flop size, print out the file and step on it.
Do you also offer die cut bottom flip flops?
Yes, at a MOQ of 1.000 units we can offer you a die cut solution. Get in contact with our sales staff, they will give you more details.
How long does the printing last on the surface?
We can guarantee you that the photo printing will stay on the flip flop surface and is not comparable to any other products and brands you are familiar with. We have tested them day and night, winter and summer before offering it to our customers.
Which shipping company do you use? How long does shipping take?
We cooperate with DHL GoGreen and the German Postal Service. Once your flip flop order has left production, we will send you a tracking number so you are always informed about your consignment until the day of delivery. Do you deliver worldwide?
Absolutely. Wherever you are located. We will try our best to serve your need regardless if you are based in New Zealand, Mexico, Russia or Nigeria.
How much does the shipping cost?
It depends on your location and quantity ordered. We always try to keep the rates reasonable. Please contact our sales team for more information.
How does the packaging for the custom flip flops look like?
All your flip flops are delivered in a transparent polybag with a sticker showing the size. Larger orders will be delivered in cartons with approx. 35 pairs.
Which part of the sole can be designed?
The entire surface of the upper flip flop sole can be customized. There is no restriction regarding colors, photos, logos or graphics. Everything is possible.
Do you also personalize the flip flops at larger orders?
Yes. You can order fully customized flip flops with names, dates or numbers changing on each pair. This will make e.g. team flip flops unique. We offer the personalization service at only a small fee.
Do you also print on the strap (upper)?
Logo customization of the straps is only available for larger quantities from 1000 pairs. Please contact our sales team for more information about customization options.
How much does a design cost and how often can it be adjusted?
The design service is free. Simply send us your ideas, picture, graphic or logo along with basic directions. Our graphic team is more than happy to prepare a digital design for you. If you require further adjustments, no problem. We will work hard to provide the best design for your purposes.
Can I design the artwork for the flip flops myself? Where can I download the file?
Yes. This seems a good idea when you are skilled working with Adobe Photoshop and you already have an exact idea of your artwork in mind. You can download our graphic files here.

Please check the artwork carefully before approval because once the artwork is approved we start production and applying changes may cause further costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Which payment methods you offer?
For your convenience we work with PayPal, all major credit cards and international bank transfer. Our sales team will send you a payment request after artwork approval or forward you our bank details. All orders must be fully paid in advance.
How much does customization cost with number, name or date?
Due to the fact that this is what makes our flip flops unique, we provide personalization at a very small fee of only 1.50 USD/pair.
Can I change my order after confirmation and payment?
After order and artwork approval every job is immediately forwarded to our production. Therefore we cannot guarantee any changes but will do our best to serve your needs.
Can I order a pre-production sample?
We have a large variety of custom printed flip flops from other jobs which are available at no charge. If you need a custom pre-production sample before we start the job, it can be delivered at additional cost. Please contact our sales team.
